Wooden Packrat
This submission, sent in by Matt the Rat, is quite a complicated contraption. This fellow has built himself a cantilevered wooden rack, but also a huge rear-view-mirror setup. Genius!

The Loserbago
Per had lived in the Prospect Auto junkyard for 14 years when imminent domain caused it to be converted to condos. In anticipation of his coming homelessness, he built The Loserbago, to live in. Its dimensions were designed to accomodate him lying down.
The skin is made of old printing plates, though he said he plans to redo the outside to make it airtight. Then he can set up a couple of vents in such a way that air would circulate just right, and heat the thing with a candle.
I love this picture just for that grin on his face.
